Health Insurance for Owners & Small Groups
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
For small business owners, health insurance is one of the biggest expenses and one of the most important benefits you can offer. The right plan helps you attract and keep good people while keeping costs predictable.
Small groups: I compare traditional, level-funded, and self-funded group options so you can see which structure fits your team and your budget.
Self-employed & individuals: I help you weigh private plans and Affordable Care Act coverage so you get strong protection at a reasonable monthly cost.
Medicare: For owners, employees, or family members turning 65, our Medicare Specialist, Cara Puccio, makes the transition simple.
My help costs you nothing. There are no hidden fees, no sales pressure, and no loyalty to any one insurance company. My job is to help you make a smart, informed decision and to be there when you need help.

I was in need of immediate assistance with health insurance. I have never had to purchase this private health insurance because my company always provided it. When I called, Chris answered the phone and had all the answers for my questions. Within an hour I had the coverage I needed and the solution for medical, dental, and vision. Fast, accurate, and very affordable health insurance. I was lucky to find Chris for his courtesy, knowledge, and most important the prompt service. Thank you! Satisfied customer!!

Frequently Asked Questions
How many employees do I need for a group health plan?
Fewer than you might think. Depending on your state and the carrier, a small group plan can start with just one or two enrolled employees. I’ll walk you through exactly what’s available for your business.
Do you only work with clients in Florida?
No. I’m based in Boca Raton, Florida, and licensed in all 50 states, so I can help business owners, self-employed professionals and families wherever they live. Most consultations happen by phone or video, so location is never a barrier.
Can I get health insurance if I’m self-employed?
Yes. Self-employed professionals can choose from private plans and Affordable Care Act coverage, and in some cases a business entity like an LLC or S Corp opens up additional group options. I’ll compare them side by side so you can see the real costs.
What’s the difference between level-funded and traditional group plans?
With a traditional, fully insured plan you pay a fixed premium and the insurance company takes on the claims risk. A level-funded plan also has a predictable monthly cost, but if your group’s claims come in lower than expected, you may get part of the surplus back. I’ll explain the trade-offs for your team.
Does it cost anything to work with you?
No. I’m paid by the insurance companies, so my help is free to you. There are no hidden fees, and you’re never under pressure to buy.
